Larry Penner "Charlie"
August 4th, 1959 - January 22nd, 2018
Charlie Penner passed away on Monday, January 22nd, 2018 at the age of 58. Charlie will be forever loved and remembered by his wife Josefina "Inday" Pansoy Penner; sons Ryan Penner (fiancee Charity) and Riley (Brooke) Penner; grandsons Auden, Archer and Zander; siblings Donna (Herb) Bailey, Randy (Lorna) Penner, Robert (Mary-Anne) Penner and Candy Pianezzola; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Charlie was predeceased by his parents Robert and Myrtle Penner, and his sister Christy Jean Leveque.
Charlie was a truck driver for most of his life which was a perfect career given that he loved travelling. He enjoyed playing the guitar, singing and listening to music. He loved sports, especially hockey and baseball, and would never miss watching Riley and Ryan play sports. Two main highlights of Charlie's life were when he went to the Philippines to marry Inday and when his three grandsons were born.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation at Choice Memorial (105-4715 13th Street NE) on Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Choice Memorial (105-4715 13th Street NE) on Friday, January 26, 2018 at 11:00 am. Complete obituary to follow.
