Rocky View Location

Choice Memorial Cremation & Funeral Services opened in 2014 with the goal to provide dignified cremation and funeral options at a reasonable price.  Calgary families quickly embraced our vision, and Choice Memorial continued to grow every year.  In order to continue to serve the many families who choose us, we completed our renovations in the summer of 2021 and opened our second location right in the heart of Rocky View Garden of Peace Cemetery (corner of 16th avenue and 100 Street in the North East). 

Our new location offers our families the ability to have their service in the peaceful setting of the Garden of Peace Cemetery.  We chose this location to offer families the option of having a service, burial and reception all at one convenient location.  We also chose this location because the cemetery shares our pricing philosophy of offering economical options for families.  Of course if you have an alternate cemetery in mind, we work with all cemeteries in the city, and are located just a few minutes from Mountain View Memorial Gardens. 

Renovations have been completed, and the chapel is ready to host gatherings, services, celebrations and receptions.  Both of our locations will have the same offerings - from the most basic cremation with no service to a memorial service or a traditional casket burial service.  We will offer services in our funeral home, or we are available to serve families wanting a funeral / memorial service, or a celebration of life service in their church home, or other facility.
