Condolence: When everyone left the beach, Patty would stay with me until the suns final warmth left the sand. When anyone needed a friend, Patty was there. She was warm, kind, thoughful, funny, happy and always filled the room with sunshine. She laughed, she cared, she shared everything she had with everyone who didn't have. She was unselfish, generous and her glass was always half full. Her passing leaves a big hole in our lives but her memory fills our hearts with warmth and sunshine. She is with me every day and will be forever with us all on the beach in Grand Bend. Condolences to Sean, Chad and Ryan and Judy, Scott, Lori, Paul. Too sad for words.

Condolence: I was shocked and very, very saddened by the news of Patty’s passing. Patty and I were together for almost 30 years. Patty was a great mother to our 3 sons Ryan, Sean and Chad. She was so dedicated in fact that when the trend was for Moms to work full time, she stayed at home to mother those kids. She did this selflessly for 14 years.

Patty and I had many good times together; many Christmases, birthdays, anniversaries; all of the great family stuff. At the peak we shared our lives with all the Millers and McEathrons and many friends. We travelled to Mexico, Las Vegas, Disneyland, many other places in the US , Canada and of course Grand Bend most of which was with those boys camping in our trailer.

Patty had a great sense of humor and was very giving to others. My Mom Joy loved her like a daughter and Patty was very kind to my mother in Moms final years.

Patty loved to spend time in Grand Bend with the Millers at the family cottage and could spend days on end enjoying the beach. My thoughts are with the Boys and the Millers. I hope now she will be forever in the warmth of the sun on the beach.

She was a dear friend for many, many years. Always full of fun with that smile that could light up the room. My deepest sympathy to Judy, Scott and Laurie and to her sons who she talked about so lovingly whenever I saw her. I hope that you will find comfort in the wonderful memories. R.I.P. Patty. xox Lorna
