Joanne Argento, adored wife of Mario, passed away with her family by her side on Saturday October 7, 2017 at the age of 63. Besides her loving husband of 43 years, she is survived by her daughters, Nina and her husband Dale and Carly and her husband Nathan; three grandchildren, Brooklyn, Penny and Deacon; sister Barb; and brothers Tom and Michael. She was predeceased by her parents, Millie in December 1987 and Rollie in June 1999. Joanne was born and raised in Calgary, she was a skilled cook, gardener, loved to dance the night away with her husband, and would spend as much time as possible with her grandchildren. Joanne loved vacationing in Puerto Vallarta with Mario, as well as spending time in Kelowna with her friends. Joanne will be remembered for making her home a gathering place for many happy family occasions. Joanne will always be remembered as an incredible wife, mother, sister, daughter and aunt. Relatives and friends are invited to the service on October 16, 2017 at 2pm at St. James Catholic Church (5504 20 Street SW) followed by a reception in the Parish Hall.
