Phat Thien Ho (Joey)
March 29, 1970 – October 18, 2020

It is with great sadness the family of Phat Ho announce his sudden and unexpected passing on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at the age of 50 years.
Born 1970 in Rach Gia, Kien Giang, Vietnam, to parents Van Ho and Ti Duong, before migrating to Calgary where he had two children.
Phat was truly a kind and gentle soul, always providing a quiet, comforting presence to those around him, always wanting to help.
He is survived by his daughters, Christina Jocko and Nicole Jocko; brothers, Dat Ho and Tho Ho; sister, Thi Ho; niece, Judy Ho and nephew, Tommy Ho, along with all who knew him, mourn his loss.
Due to Covid restrictions, attendance will be by Invite Only and will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2020.

Vô cùng đau buồn, gia đình ông Phát Hoảng đã thông báo về sự ra đi đột ngột và bất ngờ của ông vào ngày 18 tháng 10 năm 2020, hưởng thọ 50 tuổi.
Sinh năm 1970 tại Rạch Giá, Kiên Giang, Việt Nam, cha mẹ là Vân Hồ và Ti Dương, trước khi di cư đến Calgary, nơi ông có hai người con.
Phat thực sự là một người có tâm hồn tốt bụng và hiền lành, luôn mang đến sự yên tĩnh, dễ chịu cho những người xung quanh và luôn muốn giúp đỡ.
Ông được sống sót bởi các con gái của ông, Christina Jocko và Nicole Jocko, anh trai Dat Ho và Tho Ho, chị gái Thi Ho, cháu gái Judy Ho và cháu trai Tommy Ho, cùng với tất cả những người biết ông, thương tiếc cho sự mất mát của ông.
Dịch vụ chỉ được mời do các hạn chế của covid và sẽ được tổ chức vào ngày 29 tháng 10 năm 2020.
