When we lose a loved one here on earth, we gain an angel in heaven that watches over us. May you take comfort in knowing that your angel George watches over you now. Look back on all the good memories you were able to have and smile at the fact that you were able to share these with him.

My condolence to the Mitchell family. George was an awesome man with a great deal of wisdom. He made everyone fell welcome. He introduced me to Trinidad cooking and I will never forget him. He introduced me 35 years ago to the Trinidadian community. Bless up George

I offer my condolences to George's wife Erma, to his daughter Areta, and to all of George's children, grandchildren, and family members. When I visited with George, the love he had for his family, and the love his family had for him, was evident. Those are the memories that help us all through times like these.

Uncle George yours was a life well lived! You loved everyone without judging and you showed impartiality, respect and gratitude whenever it was deserved. You were loved by all and we would continue to keep you in our hearts and our minds. May you Rest In Peace and I pray that we would continue to keep your traditions alive especially your love for cooking!

Uncle George was the beacon of light to all in our family. A beautiful soul who touched the lives of many. He gave so much and asked for so little. Just like his last words to me, “I will NEVER forget you”... I can never forget him. Rest In Peace my beloved Uncle. May the family find the strength they need in this time of loss.
