1951-2019
Winston Mavin passed peacefully away on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at the age of 68 years at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre in Calgary, AB surrounded by those he loved.
Leaving to mourn are his loving and supportive wife, Catherine (Cathy) of 46 years; son Andrew (Tammy) of Calgary, AB; daughter Kimberley (Trevor) of Calgary, AB; son Todd (Tara) of Conception Bay South, NL; five beautiful grandchildren Nicole, Natalie, Emily, Joshua, and Abigail; mother Mary Bungay of Grand Bank, NL; sisters Georgina (Bill), Darlene (John), Linda, Susan (John), and Barbara; nieces, nephews, and cousins. Winston is also leaving a large, widespread circle of friends whom he met throughout his travels. Winston is predeceased by adoptive parents William and Caroline Mavin and brother Samuel Bungay.
