Wade Gordon Walter
1963 - 2020
It is with deep sadness we announce the passing Wade, of our son, brother, uncle and friend.
He was predeceased by his father Gordon Walter, and brother Kirk Walter. His memory will be cherished by his mother Marylyne Walter, sister Rhonda and brother-in-law Kent McDonald, along with their sons Brendan & Declan. He also leaves many extended family members and friends in Regina and Calgary, where he was living at the time of his passing.
Wade was mechanically inclined from an early age, loved tearing anything with a motor apart, and putting it back together. He enjoyed stock car racing at King's Park Speedway in his late teens and early 20's, until such time as he moved to Calgary to attend school at Devry Institute of Technology in Calgary. Wade then lived the remainder of his life in Calgary and worked in the technology field for many years, and was always helpful to those he could share his skills and knowledge with. He also enjoyed many hours fishing on his pontoon boat with his longtime friends in Calgary (Chris and Chris's son Corey), who became a second family to him.
A private memorial will be held at a later date.
