It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Susan Lynn Molengraaf (nee Dickie) on Friday February 28, 2020. Susan resided in Calgary with her husband Chris. Susan was born September 7, 1956 in Sarnia, Ontario to Gordon Caldwell Dickie and Marilyn Estelle Dickie.
Susan is survived by her mother, Marilyn of Calgary; her son, Jeremy (Desiree); grandchildren, Madelyn, Lyla, Jace and Jeron. Susan is fondly remembered by Madelyn and Lyla's mother, Megan; son, Corey (Ally); grandson, Cobey and by Cobey's mother, Chelsey; daughter, Lisa (Frazer); grandchildren, Autumn, Evelyn and Dominic; and by her brother, John (Karen); nephew, Ben; niece, Gloria; brother, Kevin (Shelley); nephew, Sam; niece, Beverley and nephew, Blair. Susan is predeceased by her father, Gordon Caldwell Dickie on October 4, 2019.
Susan was a loving caring wife, mother, sister, aunt and grandmother who loved animals, fostered many rescue dogs and supported the local rescue in Calgary. In lieu of flowers we would invite you to make a donation to the Calgary Humane Society or a SPCA of your choice in Susan’s memory.
The family invites anyone who wishes to attend a Celebration of Susan’s Life at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church (703 Heritage Drive SW, Calgary, AB) on Monday, March 23, 2020 at 1:30 pm. Service will start at 2:30 pm with a reception to follow.
