September 19, 1948 - October 5, 2022
Peter Russell passed away in Sundre, Alberta on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at the age of 74 years.
Peter will be sadly missed by brother, Patrick Russell; sisters, Maxine Russell and Christine Brown; brother-in-law, Jim Brown; nephew, Jordan Brown; nieces, Alexandra and Stephanie Brown, Theresa Bond and Melanie Bond, as well as many other family and friends. He was predeceased by niece, Rebecca Brown, and parents, Paula Russell and Edward Russell.
As a very young boy, Peter was able to impress teachers with his intelligence and particularly his mathematical skills. He made his life predominantly in Alberta, living in Calgary and then Sundre, Alberta as a land surveyor and later as a custodian for the Calgary School Board.
Peter was a kind and thoughtful man who never forgot a birthday, was well loved by family and friends alike.
