Obituary for Mireya Margarita Valenzuela Reyes
Mireya Valenzuela beloved mother, grandmother, mother in-law, daughter, sister and cousin passed away peacefully on the morning of Saturday, March 19, 2022. Mireya was born in Santiago de Chile on May 26, 1953, to Juan and Auristela Valenzuela.
She is survived by her son, Juan Luis; daughter-in-law, Yexsica; two grandchildren, Javier and Sophia; brother, Juan; sister-in-law, Maria; niece, Gabriela; nephews, Edgardo and Rodrigo Valenzuela and her loving cousins Vargas from Chile. Mireya loved being called “Grammys” by her grandchildren, who were her world.
Mireya “Grammys” will always be remembered for her kind and gentle soul, her love and devotion to her son, grandchildren and family. Always remembered, never forgotten.

A Celebration of Mireya’s Life will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 11:30 am at Choice Memorial – Rocky View Chapel (243256 Garden Road NE, Rocky View, AB).
