Obituary for May Meredith Heron (Robertson)

It is with tremendous sadness we announce the passing of a beautiful and outstanding woman, May Meredith Heron on Saturday, July 30th 2022. She passed away peacefully at home with her daughter beside her. May was a loving and devoted wife, the best mom anyone could ask for, the most amazing, understanding nana and the most loving nanny.

May will be missed dearly from everyone who knew her and shared her life with her. She had the best sence of humor. She was always so giving and so thoughtful and put everyone before herself. Her love with wise words could heal any hurt or sadness you had. She had a remedy for anything and everything. She took pride in her family and her clean home. She made sure we were all close and loved each other.

She is survived and will be missed dearly by her siblings back home, George, Joyce (Dicky), and Doreen (Graham); her children, Gerrard (Patrica), Sean (Sharon), and Maria (Cyril); grandchildren, Caleb (Steph), Nadine (Stevie), James (Jenna), Kathleen (Brent), Jasmin, Mariah (Micheal Thomas), Kayleigh, Micheal, and Taralynn; her great grandchildren, Sonny, River, Thomas Cj, Lilly, Mailenah, Lacey, Emersen, Reese, Adam, Myla, and Ava; as well as numerous nieces and nephews back home. Especially her little dog, Jackson who she loved and spoiled so much. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Thomas Patrick Heron who she missed dearly everyday; her parents, Margaret and James; son, Micheal; siblings, Stella, Jean, James, John, and Margaret; and special sister-in-law, Maria. Not to mention all her lost loved ones that left before her.

She will be sadly missed but the memories will last forever in our hearts. We could not have asked for a better Mom, Nana, and Nanny she was one of a kind. With a heart of gold.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 11:00 am at The Pentecostals of Calgary (2220 – 39 Avenue NE, Calgary, AB).
