The family wish all that knew her to honour her memory, zest for life and her love to teach the art of rug hooking throughout Canada. She inspired many!
Surrounded by family, Marlene has peacefully passed on. Cherished by her son and daughter-in-law Terry and Kathy Luther and daughter Tracy Luther, all of Calgary. Loving Nana to Jessica, Ryan, Justin and Paige. Sister, sister-in-law of Bob and Pam Jacobson of New Port Ritchey, Florida, Donald and Laura Dixon of Exeter, Ont. “witch” have always been far away but close at heart.
Predeceased by parents Tom & Del MacMillan of Exeter, Ont, beloved husband Ted Bartlett of Grand Bend, Ont./Calgary, AB, and first husband Ivan Luther Exeter, of Ont.
The family reaches out to the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, Foothills Medical Centre Unit 47 & 46 and the Palliative Home Care Team, Calgary. Thank you!
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Mom’s memory would be appreciated to a charity of one’s choice. A small private celebration of Marlene’s life will be held.
