Obituary for Margareth Lilian Campbell (Parenteau)

Margareth Campbell
November 6th, 1921 - Monday, August 17th, 2020

Margareth Lilian Campbell (Parenteau) was a loving wife of husband Bill (predeceased), mother, and grandmother. She passed away at the age of 98. She is survived by her daughter Myra and her husband Glen, as well as two grandchildren Evan and Aaron. Margareth has two surviving sisters Violet McCowan and Alice Linnell, and various nieces and nephews.

Margareth was a kind and gentle soul. She was born in Rosthern, Saskatchewan. Margareth and Bill were married in Vancouver, BC, and together they managed the General Store at North Pacific Coast Cannery in Skeena River, BC for 23 years. After that, Margareth worked for Morrow Falk Pharmacy in White Rock for 27 years until she retired at 80 years old. Sewing was her passion, and Margareth sewed late into her retirement, always managing to find the time for it. She helped and supported the ladies at Presbyterian Church, sewing for the bazaars and teas. She liked to bowl 10 pin and lawn bowl. What she liked the most was to visit family. Margareth will be dearly missed by family and friends new and old.
