Lisa June smith (Yeakle) passed away suddenly at the age of 62 on Saturday, January 25th, 2020 after nearly a year of battling cancer. She was born in Midland, Michigan on August 8, 1957, to Joyce and Richard Yeakle. She married Russell Smith on April 7th of ‘79 and was mother of three, Jacquee Smith-Olsen, Kellee Smith-Synesael and Brennen Smith and grandmother to nine grandchildren.
Lisa loved the Lord and never hesitated to share Him with everyone she met. She was a prayer warrior, loved to memorize scripture, and lived her life in accordance to the Bible. She was a dedicated wife and mother, treasuring her children and embraced each moment with them. She especially loved her roll as “Grammy” and “Mama” spoiling her grandchildren with home-made cookies and chocolate cake. The joys in Lisa’s life were the relationships she had and showering her family with love.
She will be loved and dearly missed as she awaits her family in her eternal home.

Funeral Service will be held at Crossfield Baptist Church (285176 AB-2, Crossfield, AB) on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 10:30 am, with visitation one hour prior to service. Graveside Service to follow at Airdrie Cemetery.
