With her family by her side, Linda Louise Ivanco of Calgary Alberta passed away on June 6, 2019 in Calgary.

Linda was predeceased by her parents, Bernice and Vernon Gordon and her sister, Diana Senger.

Born in Calgary where her family lived until they moved to Fort McMurray in 1965, Linda finished high school and started a career in insurance. Linda met the love of her life Jack in 1970; they married shortly thereafter and were blessed with 2 daughters. Linda had a long successful career in insurance first in Fort McMurray then in Calgary. Linda made many special friends in her 40 plus years in the industry. She loved to read, play bingo and spend time with her family specifically Sunday afternoon tea at her parents’ home, camping, and big family Christmas celebrations.

Linda had a big heart and kind soul which she used to love, support and help those around her. Anyone who knew Linda knew her greatest joy was her family and seeing them happy and flourish. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

I only had the pleasure of knowing Linda for a short time. She was a kind and loving lady, and loved my dog Indy. I feel honored to know, that she's now up there with him, giving him all the puppy love and treats.
