In Loving Memory of Larry Lloyd Grosky
January 5, 1942 - June 2, 2020
It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved husband, dad, grandpa, brother and uncle on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Larry will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Linda of 50 years; son, Wade (Nicole); daughter, Leanne; grandchildren, Madalyn and Tristan; sisters, Sylvia (Tony), Rosemary, Judi (Ken), Rita (Andrew) and Gerarda (Barry); his sisters and brother-in-law, Marge (Matt), Vi, Sharon (Barry), Judy (Wade), Ralph (Elaine), Gloria “Sam” (Mike), and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Larry was predeceased by his father, Joseph; mother, Katherine and his infant sister, Yvonne.
Larry was born June 5, 1942 near Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Shortly after meeting his beloved wife Linda, they moved and settled in Calgary, Alberta where he spent 30+ years working as a bricklayer. Linda and Larry were blessed with two children and they took great pride in their family, spoiling their grandchildren at every opportunity.
