Joe is survived by his sisters Madeleine Poitras of North Battleford, SK and Mildred Quong of Niagara Falls, ON; brother John Odgers of North Battleford, SK; sons Victor of North Battleford, SK, David, Leonard (Sylvia), and Eric of Calgary, AB; daughters Lynda (Daniel) Knelson of Kikino, AB, Muriel (Alexander) Tait of Indus, AB, and Rachelle (Terence) Schofield of Linden, AB; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his sister Jessy and sons Clifford and Donald.
