Joan Clipstone (nee Walker)
May 5th, 1922 - Tuesday, February 25th, 2020
Joan was born in Sunderland, England on May 5, 1922 and passed away peacefully in Calgary on February 25, 2020 at the age of 97. She will be sadly missed. She is lovingly remembered by her twin daughters, Ann Clipstone and Jane (Owie) Ellis. She was predeceased by her husband Nigel in 1995 and her granddaughter Amanda in 2019.
Joan led a full and adventurous life. She and Nigel traveled to, and worked in, many countries around the world during their 49 year marriage. They enjoyed lots of wonderful adventures together. Lives well lived! To respect Joan's wished there will be no funeral service.
