Jean passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, October 7, 2022, in Calgary, AB. Jean was always on the go, whether it was sewing, cards with the ladies or darts. Her bright smile and zest for life will be missed by all who knew her.
Jean is predeceased by her parents, Pauline and Elmer Sand; as well as all her siblings; her husband, Larry; and granddaughter, Jacqueline. Jean will be lovingly remembered by her surviving family, Trudy, Judy, Blaine (Shannon); six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and many extended family and friends. Gone but never forgotten.
A Celebration of Jean's Life will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion, Bowness #238 (138 Bowness Center NW, Calgary, AB). Everyone is welcome to come and share their stories of Jean.
