Harry and June were married in 1962 and eventually immigrated to Canada in 1967 with two small children, Loraine (1964) and Karen (1966) where our great adventure began.

He commenced work with Inco and attended night school to obtain his Accounting designation RIA and subsequently accepted a position with the University of Calgary where he worked for 25 years. Retirement was an amazing adventure which Harry and June embraced fully. Throughout his life, Harry was always an active and a willing participant. He embraced running, soccer, became a referee, fitness and aerobic classes. A dance enthusiast with Calgary Scottish Country Dancers, Square Dancing, Ball Room, and Clogging. He loved golfing with friends and family and at the McCall Lake Men’s League along with Marshalling. Harry was kind, generous, helpful, funny, the life of the party.

He was our rock, our provider, our steady hand. He guided our family through the ups and downs of life and we our eminently grateful for his love, support, and steadfast commitment.

He was and is deeply loved and will be greatly missed. To view and share photos, condolences and memories of Harry, please visit www.choicememorial.com.
