Lee passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He was born on June 16, 1936 in the village of Xiapingcun 下坪村, in Taishan 台山市 of the Guangdong Province 廣東省 in China 中國 to father, Sheung Ying Eng and mother, Lin Heung Lee.
Lee was married to his first wife, Fay-Anne Kerrington (predeceased) and survived by their daughter Linda & husband Jody Schaus; and their son Michael.
Lee is survived by his wife, Fong (née Seto) and their daughter Brenda & husband James Quan and their children Joella and Elsia; son Raymond & wife Carmen (née Tsui); daughter Amy & husband Brian Lim and their children Joshua and Azalia; and youngest son Simon.
Lee is also survived by his siblings, Gok Hay & wife Mae Ying Sandra (née Soo); Yim Gee & husband Wai Kwong Wong; Sek Gee & husband Ronald Ming York; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Gok Fung Eng will be laid to rest on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 12:30 pm at the Rocky View Garden of Peace Cemetery (243256 Garden Road NE, Rocky View County, AB).
