It is with great sadness that the family of Gisele Evangeline (LeBlanc) Brackney announces her sudden passing at home on Thursday, February 4, 2021. Gisele was born on July 27 1955 in Shediac, NB.
She moved to Calgary AB 40 years ago and began a new chapter in life with Don Brackney. Gisele was one of the kindest persons you could ever meet. She loved the outdoors camping and fishing. She also enjoyed making preservatives for her loved ones.
Gisele is survived by her son, Paul White (Clara Ann); stepchildren, Steven Brackney (Jessica), Chris Brackney (Erin), and James Brackney (Jackie and daughter, Mikaela); sisters, Rhea and Jeannette LeBlanc and Diane Cassidy; step grandchildren, Erika, Lily, and Colter; Goddaughter, Nathalie Drisdelle and several nieces and nephews. Gisele was predeceased by her husband, Don Brackney; parents, Ola LeBlanc and Arthemise Breau; brothers, Gerald and Donald and infant sister, Stella.
