Obituary for Filipe Nuno Garcia Dias
Filipe (Phil) Nuno Garcia Dias, age 51, of Calgary, AB passed away peacefully November 20, 2020, surrounded by his family.
He was survived by his wife, Shannon Ferguson-Dias, his parents Fernanda (nee Garcia) and Avelino Dias, his brother Gilberto Jorge (Jeff) Dias and his sister Soledad (Johnny) Duarte as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, and his dog Brodie.
Phil was a kind and loving husband, son, brother and uncle. Always caring for others before himself. The world will certainly be a sadder place without him in it.
Due to Covid-19 there will be no services held, but please share your stories.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Calgary SPCA.
