March 31, 1944 – May 6, 2019
My mom, Eva Maria Hudec, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2019 at the age of 75. Cancer took her life away too soon and she suffered a lot for the past 3 years, but she was fighting the disease with every strength she had until the end. I admired her strength, especially with putting up with chemo side effects that took her life sooner.
My mom was the most beautiful soul I ever met, she was my soulmate and my best friend, my heart will forever ache. I wished so much I could heal her somehow, or even take her place, but such wishes are never granted.
They say that time will heal the pain in the heart, but I don’t really believe that when your heart aches every second of each day. I miss her so much.
