Bruce was a very good friend of mine in high school & we spent lots of time together. He was one of the smartest kids I knew, and I used to love coming over to the house to do homework. I'll always remember the popcorn machine in the basement. Bruce was always good for a laugh & loved driving us around in both of his mini coopers- he was such a tall guy but loved those little cars. My brother Greg was a good friend of Pat's as well. Our condolences to the family.

I’m very sad to hear this news of Bruce’s passing. He and I went to summer camp (Camp Y-Tic) where I first met him. A few years later, we went to Colonel Irving Junior High School in Highwood, N.W. We were friends. He would come and visit with me sometimes while I was babysitting and we’d just hang out together. He always had a laugh or a smile on his face....a really great guy. I’ve often thought of him and tried to reach him to come to our 40th James Fowler High School reunion, unfortunately I couldn’t reach him. This makes me very sad and I send my deepest and utmost sympathies to his family. He will be dearly missed. RIP buddy.

My deepest condolences to the whole family, especially Alana and Kayla. Bruce was the brother I never had and we had been friends since kindergarten. There wasn't anything we couldn't tell each other and I'm really going to miss some of the "debates" we have had over the years. He was very intelligent but also very stubborn. He was generous, had a wicked sense of humor, and I did let him think he was right from time to time. There are so many fond memories of laughs shared over beer and wings or hanging out in the Vegas casinos. I even remember a time when I was taller than him (many years ago). I am saddened that he will miss meeting his first grandchild but I will try to make sure the little guy knows who his grandfather was. Alana and Kayla - I'm always a phone call or text away if you need anything. Love Linda
