April 7, 1946 – January 12, 2021
It is with profound sorrow we announce that Darlene Gleason passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 74. She departed this life at home, embraced by her daughters, with her dogs by her side. Darlene brought so much joy and love into our lives even in the face of adversity. She was strong, compassionate, and selfless. She was most happy entertaining at home for any size occasion and everyone was always welcome. She will be greatly missed by so many that felt special in her presence.
Darlene is survived by her daughter Cherie (Scott) Harvey; daughter Michelle (Randall) Krawec; grandchildren Jaci and Jackson Harvey; sister Connie Marie (Jim) Riedlhuber; sister Alana (Mony) McClain; sister-in-law Doreen (Gerry) Beech; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She loved her family. Darlene was predeceased by her husband, best friend and first love, William (Bill) Gleason; daughter Chantelle Gleason; parents Mabel and Melford Korsberg. Together again.
Interment of Ashes Graveside Ceremony for Bill & Darlene Gleason on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 2:30 pm at Mountain View Cemetery (1210 Scenic Drive South, Lethbridge, AB).
A Courtyard Celebration of LIfe and Love on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 3:30 pm at Sandman Signature Lodge (320 Scenic Drive South, Lethbridge, AB).
