Steve Kovic passed away on Monday, May 11, 2020 at the age of 57.
Steve was born in Celje, Slovenia and immigrated to Canada with his mother, father and sister in 1968. He went on to start many successful businesses over his adult life and instilled his strong work ethic and entrepreneurial skills into his children at a young age. He will be remembered fondly for his quick wit, great sense of humour and outspoken disposition but most importantly, how much he loved and cared for his family and friends.
Steve is survived by his loving mother, Martina; sons, Vincent and Matthew; stepson, Samuel (Corrie); stepdaughter, Anita (Mark); sister, Blagica (Jan); nephew, Christopher; grandchildren, Grayson, Steven, Nicholas, Ayva and Isabelle; mother of his children, Brenda and many more family and friends. Steve was predeceased by his father, Cvetan and son, Steven.
