The family of Brian McLeod is sad to announce his passing on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Rockyview Hospital in Calgary at the age of 57. He was deeply loved and will be forever remembered by his daughter, Madi (Dean); mom, Shirley; sisters, Vicki (Mike) Steiner and Kari (Darcy) Weimer; nieces and nephews, Mark (Lindsay) Steiner, Leah Steiner, Aaron (Kaleigh) Weimer & Jordan (Danica) Weimer; partner, Kara Mock and his ‘bonus’ children, Don (Mackenzie) Mock & Katie (Spencer) Mock. He was predeceased by his dad, Bob, and Madi’s mom, Dale.
Brian was born in Swift Current, raised in Medicine Hat, a graduate of MHHS, and spent his adult life in Calgary. He was a kind and generous guy. His quick wit and sharp sense of humour made him a fantastic salesman of everything from stereos to laser-imaging machines and he could not be beat in a game of Monopoly. We all have great memories of times spent golfing, skiing, fishing and summers at the lake.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Brian’s memory to The Dream Centre in Calgary.
