Obituary for Amber Marie Jackson
We regret to announce the passing of Amber Jackson, 33, of Calgary, AB, on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Amber was born on April 21, 1989 at 6:30 am to Dorothy Hughes and Gordon Jackson, who both loved her so much.
Amber was survived by her parents and her siblings, Misty Jackson (Cory); Carey Hughes (Justine) and son, Gibson; and Ryan Hughes. Amber was predeceased by her grandma, Rita.
Amber will also be remembered by the people that considered her a part of their family, her best friend Veronica Wilby; Amber’s boyfriend, Alex Hiller; and Amber’s second parents, Leanne Nay and Jeremy Nay. Amber had many family members and close friends in her life that loved and cared for her, she will be forever missed.
A private Service will be held for Amber. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alberta Children’s Hospital, an organization that Amber felt strongly about.
