Wyman Lee Gavelin
October 11, 1952 – March 20, 2023
Wyman Gavelin, beloved husband of Tammy Gavelin, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023 at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary, AB at the age of 70 years.
Wyman will be missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Tammy; children, Alyssa Gavelin of Calgary, AB and Katie (Brad) Pupa of San Francisco, CA; brother, Roy (Vera) Gavelin; and nephews, Konrad Moyer, Mike Moyer and Greg Gavelin; as well as many other extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Karl and Jean Gavelin; sister, Alice Moyer and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Wyman was born in Quesnel, BC. He moved to Calgary, AB and was a longtime Calgary Hitmen fan and Stampeders fan and season ticket holder. He was a well respected business owner in the Calgary area for over 30 years and will be greatly missed.
