Penny Lyne Pasutto (Lillijord)
December 3, 1947 - January 26, 2023
Penny Pasutto, beloved wife of Avelino (Al) Pasutto of Calgary, Alberta, passed away at the Peter Lougheed Hospital on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at the age of 75 years.
Besides her husband, Al, Penny will be missed and lovingly remembered by her son, Kerry Pasutto; granddaughter, Melissa Pasutto; sister, Gail Turmovitski, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Kelly; brothers, Lannie and Maurice Lillijord; and her parents, Francis and Edwin Lillijord.
Penny worked for the post office for several years. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading and baking goodies for her family. She was devoted to her family and also enjoyed her travels to Las Vegas with friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Penny’s memory to the charity of one’s choice. As per Penny’s wishes, there will be no funeral services. A Celebration of Penny’s Life will be held at a later date this year. The family wish to thank the staff at Peter Lougheed Hospital for their compassion and care shown to Penny. As well the family would like to thank friends and neighbours for their support.
