NIXON, Nancy Margaret
April 3, 1926 – March 3, 2023
Nancy passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023 at the age of 96 years in Calgary, AB.
Nancy will be lovingly remembered by her children, Margaret Doherty, Bryan (Cheryl) Nixon and Beverly (Wayne) Mantai; 11 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; and brother, Derek (Esther) Swanson. She was predeceased by her husband, Carroll in 2004 and her five siblings.
Nancy’s family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Dulcina Hospice and with Airdrie Home Care for the excellent care Nancy received.
A Visitation will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Daybreak Community Church (2104 Yankee Valley Boulevard SW, Airdrie, AB). Interment to follow at Airdrie Cemetery (33 Big Hill Way SE, Airdrie, AB).
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Daybreak Community Church (2104 Yankee Valley Boulevard SW, Airdrie, AB).
