With great sadness and broken hearts, we announce the passing of Lorne Douglas Fujimoto. After a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer, Lorne passed away on Friday, June 19, 2020 surrounded by his closest friends and family. He was taken from us far too soon.
Lorne will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Deb of 30 years; his sisters, Marcia (Joe) and Sharon; his brother, Brian; his sisters-in-law, Cindy and Karen, and his brother-in-law, Doug (Brenda). Lorne was the beloved uncle of Lauren (Kevin), Blake and Cody (Michaela) and Great Uncle to Hunter, Oaklynn, and Kinley. Lorne also leaves three beautiful god daughters, Holly McKellar and Lexi & Kya Brookman.
Lorne will be remembered by his family and many friends as a world traveller and food enthusiast whose home was open to so many over the years. Lorne will always have a special place in the hearts of many. He is sorely missed.
A private family Celebration of Lorne’s Life will be held on a date to be determined.
