June 13th, 1938 - November 5th, 2022
Leticia Villaflores passed away on Saturday, November 5th, 2022 at the age of 84.
Leticia was born in the Philippines and after being sponsored by her sister Elvira, she came with her family to Winnipeg, MB in November of 1974. The family then moved to Edmonton, and Leticia eventually settled in Calgary.
Leticia was always full of life. She will be remembered for her strength, positive outlook, generosity and her passion for gardening.
She will be forever remembered and dearly missed by her daughter Ruty (Rudy) Manzano and their children Rachel and RJ; daughter Rose (Mark) Stasuik and their children Devon and Parker; sister Elvira Ignacio; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. She was predeceased by her parents and four brothers.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke's Catholic Church (1566 Northmount Drive NW) on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 1:00 pm with visitation one hour prior to Mass.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Leticia may be made to Alberta Cancer Foundation.
