Katherine Whitley
April 23rd, 1948 - March 31st, 2023
Katherine Whitley (nee Hookham) passed away peacefully at her home on March 31, 2023 at the age of 74. She is survived by her sisters Karen Lomheim and Ginny Gonzalez (Fernando); brother Dave Hookham; daughter Linda Whitley (Clarence); son Robert Whitley (Colleen); Aunt Peggy; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Richard Whitley and her parents Dorothy and Roy Hookham. An honourable mention is her grandchild Mantha J, who was the light of her life.
Katherine was very passionate about cats and owned many over her life. She also loved the English language and worked tirelessly on crossword puzzles and word games. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to SPCA in her name.
