Jocelyn Diane Wolff
April 17, 1990 – November 1, 2022

It is with heavy hearts and sadness the family of Jocelyn Wolff must announce her sudden and unexpected passing on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at the age of 32.

Jocelyn was deeply loved by her parents, John and Gloria Wolff (nee Zahorodny), and brother, Greggory Wolff of Spruce Grove. She will be remembered and dearly missed by her family and friends near and far. She was the cherished granddaughter of Mike and Nancy Zahorodny, and Charlie Wolff who predeceased her. She is fondly remembered by her grandmother, Geraldine Wolff, and her numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A Private Service will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 11:30 am at Choice Memorial Funeral Services with a short prayer service, Reverend Father Roman Planchak will officiate. Another Private Service for family and close friends will be held in Edmonton and Pastors Alan and Catherine Pysar will officiate the Service. She will be interred at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Edmonton, Alberta.

Our beautiful daughter was a spirited, loving, compassionate and kind woman, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, friend, and community member. She adored spending time with her cousins, Kayleigh, Braden, Alexis, Annalise, Josh, Mathew, Jordan, Maxine and many others. Jocelyn loved people, all types of music, animals and was bursting with creativity, talent, and intelligence. Her love of art, painting and especially writing came naturally to her. Poetry oozed out of her being as sunshine sparkles off the water on a sunny day. Her life was poetry and she brought sunshine to people she encountered. The best parts of us, who remain behind, was because of her presence in our lives.

She earned a B.A. Degree in Psychology with Distinction and a B.Ed. Degree, with Distinction, from the University of Alberta. She coached Special Olympics, worked with the Autism Society in Edmonton, and volunteered with various organizations over the years. One of her passions was to work with children with autism and children with special needs. Despite the many physical challenges she endured, Jocelyn was fearless with stepping up to meet those challenges and so many others.
