Obituary for Grace Patricia Stewart
Grace Stewart
December 22nd, 1997 - June 20th, 2019
Grace Patricia Stewart, age 21, passed away from us on June 21st, 2019.
She was born in Calgary, AB to Gary and Loula Stewart on December 22, 1997 and the youngest of eight children. She was the baby.
Grace recently graduated from Medical Reception College and was so proud of this accomplishment. She worked as a medical receptionist for Pinnacle Medical Centre and for a charity program called Peak Pulmonary, where she assisted those who were unable to afford oxygen tanks on their own. She felt so proud of her accomplishments and the opportunity to be able to help those in need. Grace was very involved with her family and loved with her whole heart. Since being the baby in the family, she easily got away with being especially cute and ridiculously charming. Grace also had a fiery and fierce side to her. You’d never want to cross her path or offend any of her family or her friends, or else you’d hear about it and be full warned to never do it again. Grace was sensitive, loyal, proud. She had this ability to be all inclusive and would love all people equally no matter their downfalls. We are deeply grieved by her, loss but we have faith and peace in knowing she is free from pain and despair. She is at rest with our Lord Jesus Christ.
Grace is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Delbert Stewart and maternal grandmother, Maria Petrou and is survived by her parents, Gary and Loula Stewart and her siblings, Maria, Cynthia, Catherine, Robert, Elizabeth, Evelyn and Rachel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who she especially loved and adored, as well as her paternal Grandmother Doreen Stewart and her maternal Grandfather Dakis Altounis.
The family of Grace wish to extend sincere thanks to those who have prayed for and supported us in this heartbreak. Thank you to all who mourn with us in this loss and share in this time of memory.
