October 24th, 2003 - Monday, June 12th, 2023
Our son, Geoffrey (Ryder) Brooks who suddenly passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at the young age of 19 years old, is survived by his parents, Tammy and Geoff; sisters, Hailey and Cadence and his grandparents, Murray Brooks (late Theresa) and Dorald Warren (late Kathleen) that loved him more than words can express. He will be sadly missed by everyone and anyone who knew him.
He was a very talented video game player and upcoming artist who loved his music and when he wasn’t doing either he could be found playing practical jokes as he had a good sense of humor.
Ryder’s family is asking for those wishing to make memorial donations to send to the Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention (CASP) to support individuals struggling with mental health and quality of life issues as this organization’s mission meant a lot to him.
Private family memorial services will be held over the summer. There will be no formal public funeral service.
