After nearly 64 years of marriage, Don and Ruth both passed last month on December 16, 2023 and December 2, 2023 respectively. While deeply saddened, we take great comfort in knowing they are together, most likely continuing their kitchen table banter over coffee.
Both had requested no service, but instead people celebrate in their own way, and share their favourite memories of being together. Their humour, kindness, wit, and practicality will be forever missed, but remembered as a warm example by surviving loved ones.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice or even a simple act of kindness to a neighbour can be made with them in mind.
