Condolence: My very sincere condolences. I worked on the same floor as Larry and we shared many conversations in the 7th floor kitchen. I will remember him as a kind and wise man.

Condolence: I had the great pleasure of working with Larry for six years at Alliance Pipeline - he was a gentleman and legal scholar (and tough negotiator!). I am very sorry that Larry never really got to enjoy his well-deserved retirement. My sincere condolences to his family.

Condolence: My sincerest condolences to Larry's family on his passing. I had the privilege to work with Larry in contract matters in which he was always well prepared and very adept, as well as in the Emergency Support Team. Larry brought integrity to his work, as well as a sense of humour when appropriate. I join you in your grief, but also in your celebration of his life well lived.

Condolence: I worked with Larry during his Nova Chemicals years. He represented both the legal profession and the interests of our company well. Most importantly he put a human face on his working through complicated matters that we presented him with. He listened to us and provided wise counsel. It was my privilege to have him as a colleague.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. He was a great mentor to me, as a young lawyer, was always full of energy and a great wit. I really enjoyed learning from him, and it was a privilege to do so.

Condolence: I enjoyed working with Larry at Alliance and miss his quick sense of humor, talks about gardening and family. Larry always had a smile even on days you knew he wasn't feeling that great. RIP

Condolence: I’ve known Larry for over 20 years as a work colleague and a friend. We spent many hours working through legal issues—one case took us to the Supreme Court of Canada where Larry gallantly traded seats with me when it turned out I was sitting next to a lunatic who blamed the SCC for his problems. We enjoyed going to coffee and lunch where we could discuss politics, history, religion, art, gardening and most importantly our families. Larry’s first priority was always Mary and the girls. He was a wonderful husband, father, and friend. We will miss him very much.

Condolence: I loved joking with Larry at work! His quick humor always made both of us laugh! I met Larry while working on a project, likely our paths wouldn't have crossed otherwise at work.
