Sylvia Amos
April 27th, 1941 - Saturday, July 8th, 2017

Sylvia Ann Amos was born on April 27, 1941 in Deloraine, MB and passed away in Calgary, AB with her family by her side on July 8, 2017. She will be lovingly remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, auntie and friend to all who knew her. Sylvia is survived by her daughters Wendy Susan Lorrain (Dave) and Teresa Marie Amos (Vince); grandchildren Randy James, Vanessa Rae (Steve) and Brandon Alexander Lorrain; great-grandson Oliver - all of Calgary / Airdrie; sister Donna Roberts of Cheyenne, Wyoming; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and family members. Sylvia was predeceased by her parents Roy and Grace Kirkwood; husband Ralph Amos and sister Irene Poberznick.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #238 (138 Bowness Centre NW) on Friday, July 14, 2017 at 4:00 pm.
