Tracey Claire Woodgate Short
May 23, 1969 – October 1, 2018

It is with a very heavy heart we must announce that Tracey Claire Woodgate Short of Calgary, Alberta, passed away after a courageous fight against cancer.

Her infectious smile, ability to see the best in everyone, and her devotion to other people’s well-being and happiness were the building blocks of our home and family; these are just a few of the amazing traits that Tracey will be remembered for.

Tracey will be forever in the hearts of her surviving family, husband Lee; daughter Gabi and son Nathan; her mother Pauline Woodgate and fathers Bill Woodgate and John Arnold; her brother Andrew Woodgate; her extended families in England, Calgary and America; and last but not least, her dog Tux.

Tracey’s Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at SunWest Church (260 Midpark Blvd SE, Calgary www.sunwestchurch.com). Tracey was a bright and beautiful woman inside and out, therefore she wanted her send off to be exactly that. Please NO black (or as little as possible) as bright and colorful as possible, she lit up the room when she was in it, lets do the same for her. In lieu of flowers, donations are gratefully accepted by the Make a Wish Foundation.
