September 13th, 1951 - July 13th, 2018
(Phillip) Lee Snider was born Friday September 13, 1951 in Saskatoon, SK. He passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018 in Calgary, AB. He always said that Friday the 13th was his lucky day. He went peacefully and according to his wishes after a decades-long struggle with his physical and mental health.
He graduated from the University of Calgary with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and spent much of his career in high tech sales.
Lee is survived by his wife, Dianne, and his two daughters, Victoria and Heather. He will always be remembered for his robust sense of humor and his willingness to dive in and fix problems that came to his attention, particularly if it meant he got to play with his tools.
There will be a private Memorial gathering for family and close friends in September of 2018.
