The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Constance Mills can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Hello Nancy and Keith,

I was sad to read in the paper about the loss of your mother - please accept my sincere condolences. Though I have not seen your mom since she moved from your childhood home, I will remember her as a very kind and proper lady who treasured the time spent with her children of whom she was so very proud. I enjoyed running into her in the neighbourhood and catching up on the family news. I am so sorry for your loss.
