Ronald (Ron) Lescard
August 14, 1936 - Sunday, August 12, 2018

Ron Lescard passed away on August 12, 2018 at the age of 81, after a courageous battle with lung cancer.

Ron is survived by his daughter Sylvie; sons Daniel (Danielle Hebert) and Jonathan (Candice) Chicoine; grandchildren Jean-Francois, Keven, Jssica, Marie Soleil, Alexandre and Mia; and great-grandchildren Maxim and Megan. He also leaves behind his long-time friend Jackie. Ron was predeceased by his parents Claudia Gregoire and Emilien Lescard; and his brothers Jean-Paul, Georges, Rene and Maurice.

Ron was born Hull, Quebec, and he moved to Calgary in 1968. Ron worked as a mechanic, in the construction industry and ran his own restaurant. He then started his Burger Bus and worked as a cook, where he ran a successful business for many years. Ron loved the outdoors, camping, hiking and most of all, fishing.
