Bradley Alan Huculiak, lovingly known as Chach/Chico, passed away surrounded by his family after a long battle with cancer.

He leaves behind his life partner Kathryn DeKelver; daughter Caralee (James) Larmand; grandchildren Jayden and Callen; his mother Virginia Huculiak; his brothers and sister Richard (Leigh) Huculiak, Randy (Lisa) Huculiak, and Beverly (Kevin) Mitchell; nephews and niece Matt - godson (Remy), Daniel, Liam, Brett, Heather, Michael (daughter Cali), and Joseph, godson Chris (Tara) Mitchell and their children Olivia, Jordan and Chiara; aunt/godmother Sally (Gary) Clark; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Bradley was predecased by his father Nestor Huculiak.

Chico was best known for his big heart and his witty sense of humour. He cherished his family, amazing longtime friends, his dog Sasha, and the Edmonton Oilers. He loved fishing and the outdoors. His work was his passion and an important part of his life. The many lifelong relationships he created throughout the years are a tribute to the love he had for his CT family.

Celebration of Life will be held In Edmonton on Friday, May 11, 2018 from 2-4 pm at the Edmonton Petroleum Golf Club (51320 Range Rd 260, Spruce Grove, AB T7Y 1B1).
