Maximiliano Fuenzalida Elgueta (Pache) passed away peacefully on February 11, 2018 in Calgary Alberta Canada. He was 93.

Pache was “porteño”, born in Viña del Mar, Chile. He was predeceased by his wife of sixty-five years, Liboria (Goya), who passed away in 2009. He is survived by his four children, Angela, Elcira (Milorad), Adelina and Max. Grandfather of Paul, Carlos, Angela, Angela, Sasha, Ed, George, Victoria, Max, Andrea and Amanda. Great-grandfather to eleven beautiful children. Tambien lo sobrevive su querida Hermana Fresia, de Santiago, Chile.

A self made man with many talents. He was gifted with a baritone voice and loved to sing tangos. He could remember and recite poetry at will. At his height, Pache owned a factory with many employees, designing and making shoes ornaments. His creations were sought after and one won an award in Milan, Italy.
Other ventures took him to Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Once retired he made his final journey in 2003 to Canada to rejoin the family in London, Ontario.

A Celebration of Maximiliano's Life will be held in London, Ontario in the spring of 2018. He will be buried along side his wife Goya in London.
